I moved here in 2010 with my husband from Wisconsin.  I am a Certified Professional Midwife, Licensed in Wisconsin.  Now that I am living here in North Carolina, it is time to work, work, work to get a licensing bill passed here so that the women in North Carolina have access to professional homebirth midwives who are licensed and regulated by the state.
